ProcessWorxAg’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy
At ProcessWorxAg, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy reflects our commitment to the people, communities, and environments we serve, particularly those within the agricultural industry across Western Australia and beyond.
We believe that as we support farmers, stations, and rural enterprises in building compliant, safe, and productive workplaces, we also have a duty to give back to the communities that support us.
Our CSR approach has two pillars:
Compliance and Proactiveness.
Compliance and Proactiveness.
Compliance
We uphold the highest standards of legality, ethics, and transparency in everything we do. This includes:
◆ Acting with integrity in all our relationships with clients, suppliers, employees, and the community.
◆ Prioritising the health, safety, and wellbeing of workers and communities in regional and remote areas.
◆ Championing diversity and inclusion, particularly in the rural workforce.
◆ Complying with all relevant Australian laws and regulations, including WHS and Fair Work legislation.
Proactiveness
Our proactive CSR initiatives focus on making a meaningful contribution to rural Australia. This includes:
◆ Regular donations and sponsorships to organisations that align with our values.
◆ Supporting local and rural communities through volunteering training, and development.
◆ Commitment to sustainable business practices, aiming to minimise waste, conserve energy, and promote recycling in our offices and operations.
◆ Building long-term partnerships with community groups, industry organisations and local events that strengthen the communities we work alongside.
Giving Back to the Community
We take pride in supporting initiatives that deliver real impact:

The Hunger Project
We invest in the Akode Epicentre in Ghana, part of The Hunger Project’s mission to end hunger through women-led, community-driven development. This program empowers over 5,500 people with skills in agriculture, vocational training, and sustainability, values closely aligned with rural enterprise and self-reliance.

Breast Cancer Care WA
We proudly support Breast Cancer Care WA, a grassroots charity providing free specialist nursing, counselling and financial assistance to people affected by breast cancer across Western Australia. Through the donation of professional HR and Work Health & Safety services, we’re pleased to contribute to the important work they do in supporting individuals and families when they need it most.

Noongar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI)
NCCI is a West Australian business advocacy group supporting Aboriginal owned businesses by building their capacity and wealth. The NCCI provides a valuable business network for owners of Noongar and Aboriginal businesses. ProcessWorx is proud to be a corporate partner and support the NCCI by providing HR services to them and their members.
