Founded by Danielle and Michael McNamee in 2012, ProcessWorx has built a reputation as a trusted partner in outsourced Human Resources and Work Health & Safety support for Western Australian businesses.
Over the years, Danielle developed a deep passion for supporting agricultural businesses. Working closely with farmers and rural operators, she recognised the unique challenges they face, managing seasonal workforces, remote operations, safety compliance, and employment obligations, often without dedicated internal HR or WHS teams.
It became clear that agriculture needed more than generic services. It needed tailored, hands-on expertise that truly understands life on the land.
In 2025, ProcessWorxAg was launched our dedicated division created to meet the specific needs of the agriculture sector. This wasn’t just a brand extension, it was a commitment to invest fully in the industry that had already become such a big part of who we are.
Today, ProcessWorxAg is our primary growth focus, supporting farms and agribusinesses across WA, and eventually, nationwide. From broadacre to horticulture, viticulture, poultry, and pastoral stations, we’re here to:
